These terms and conditions are made between "Recasticism Buddha" ("we") and you. The app can be downloaded from the App Store operated and owned by the Apple Store ("Apple"). The following terms describe the terms you must accept without restriction or objection before using our mobile application service. This document applies to mobile applications and any other electronic channels, content, services and tools that the mobile application may provide.

Accept the terms and conditions

Before using our services, you must fully understand and agree to all terms and conditions expressly explained and/or implied in this document. Despite any contrary provisions, continuing to use our services means that you have read these terms and conditions and accepted them unconditionally and without reservation. The Meditation Buddha reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The latest version of these terms and conditions will be available on the official Relic Buddha mobile app, and any changes will take effect immediately after release. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, graphics, designs and information ("content") displayed in the Relic Buddha mobile application and services are trademarks of the Relic Buddha. No trademark shall be used without the prior written permission of the Meditation Buddha, except for the identification of related products or services.

Legal disclosure

By using our Relic Buddha mobile application, you hereby guarantee that: (i) all information contained in any material you submit is owned by you, or you have been granted the right to enable you to disseminate the information described in these terms; and conditions; (ii) the package contained in any material you submit The information contained does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents or trade secrets. You take full responsibility, bear all risks, and protect you from any direct or indirect loss, injury, claim or damage caused directly or indirectly from the use of our services, regardless of whether such use is properly supervised and whether you are negligent or not.

Maintenance

The retreat Buddha mobile application team may sometimes maintain and update its server, which may cause the application to be closed for a period of time. The Retivation Buddha is not responsible for any service interruption or service interruption (including interruptions caused by software, hardware or power failures or wireless carrier-level problems) that occur from time to time when using our mobile applications and services. In addition, the Meditation Buddha is not responsible for the products and services provided by others (including any user's mobile phone or wireless data network).
